We are an academic department of the Tulane University School of Medicine. Despite the devastation caused by recent hurricanes our department is active and flourishing under the leadership of the new chairman Frank Rosinia, M.D. Tulane Anesthesiology provides care for a broad variety of patients in virtually every department and specialty in the hospital. We have an accredited Anesthesiology Residency program and also educate Tulane and visiting medical students.
